pkpk Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights

01 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on pkpk or using any part of the pkpk platform at pkpk.today, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all players regardless of how they access the platform — whether through a mobile browser, the pkpk app, or any other method.

pkpk reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the pkpk platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

These terms should be read alongside pkpk's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pkpk.

02 Account Registration

To place bets or access real-money games on pkpk, you must register an account. Registration is free and open to eligible players in Bangladesh. When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process.

• Each person may hold only one pkpk account. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited.
• You must not register an account on behalf of another person.

Accounts found to contain false information, or accounts created to circumvent a previous closure, will be permanently suspended and any balance held may be forfeited.

03 Age Verification

pkpk is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or participate in any real-money gaming activity on pkpk. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

pkpk takes underage gambling seriously. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any point during your use of the platform. Acceptable documents include a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate. If you are unable to provide satisfactory proof of age, your account will be suspended until verification is complete.

If pkpk determines that an account has been registered by a person under the age of 18, the account will be permanently closed, all bets placed will be voided, and any deposits made will be returned to the payment method used — minus any winnings generated, which will be forfeited.

04 Deposits & Payments

pkpk accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — Bangladesh's three most widely used mobile banking services. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
• Deposits are credited to your pkpk wallet instantly upon successful payment confirmation.
• pkpk does not charge any fees for deposits, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• If a deposit does not appear in your wallet within 10 minutes of payment, contact pkpk support with your transaction reference number.
• pkpk reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for large deposits.

All transactions on pkpk are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees as pkpk operates exclusively in the local currency.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on pkpk are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure that funds are returned to their verified source.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
• Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within 3 minutes during normal operating hours.
• pkpk may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant bonus terms.
• pkpk reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or terms violation.

If your withdrawal has not arrived within 30 minutes of approval, please contact pkpk support with your withdrawal reference number. Do not submit duplicate withdrawal requests, as this may delay processing further.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

pkpk offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each offer.

• Bonuses are credited to your pkpk account automatically or upon request, as specified in the offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, coordinated play, or exploiting technical errors — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Underage gambling or registration by a person under 18 years of age.
• Abuse of bonuses, promotions, or any other pkpk offer.
• Use of automated software, bots, or any system designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against pkpk without valid grounds.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, pkpk reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account. Where an account is closed at the player's own request, any remaining balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file, subject to standard withdrawal processing.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

pkpk collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy. The key points are:

11 Limitation of Liability

• pkpk is not liable for any loss of winnings resulting from technical failures, network outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

• pkpk's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.
